Come have a “Mai Tai Good Time” with the whole family at this cozy beach cottage just a 5min drive from Holden Beach! The large fenced backyard is very private, has outdoor seating, and is perfect for kids and pets! Plenty of beds to bring friends or for multiple families, HUGE outdoor shower, and a fire pit. We keep the wood stocked for you!

We have bikes, beach chairs, lawn games, and kayaks to use during your stay. Even enough space to park your boat for joy riding or fishing!!

The space

The house is cozy and has a great open concept so that everyone can enjoy. There is a main bathroom with a shower and a half bath in the master. The master bedroom has a King sized bed and then second bedroom has Queen. The bunkroom has Full over Full beds with an additional trundle bed!!

The house has a full kitchen, great laundry setup for after beach days, and plenty of places to lay around. In the fenced backyard you can enjoy the fire pit and you will find bikes, kayaks, and chairs in the shed. The front porch is also amazing and has more bottle openers than you need, but makes it a great place to have a beer and relax!
