Welcome to Karen’s Place! This home is peaceful and centrally-located in Raleigh. Nestled in Between Brier Creek and Crabtree Mall and Hwy 440 & Hwy 540! You will love this Cozy End Townhome with brand new furniture and easy access to RDU, Downtown Raleigh, and North Carolina State University!Locally there is amazing coffee at SOLA, access to greenways, shopping and restaurants at Pleasant Valley and Briar Creek. All mintues away so you can feel at home on your stay here in the Triangle!

The space

When you arrive you will come up the steps to the front door where you can access with the code that was provided. To the left you will see the kitchen and dining table. The kitchen has a brand new stove/oven, counter tops, and is fully loaded with all everything you will need! The table sits by the bay window and there is a bar/pass through over the sink into the living room.

If you make your way farther down the hall you will pass in unit laundry before getting to the living room. The living room has a desk for remote working, a new sofa, bean bag, and Smart TV for all your streaming needs. Right off of the home you have access to the back porch through a sliding door.

As you make your way up the stairs you will find identical bedrooms on each side of the home. They are large, have plenty of clothing storage, Smart TVs, queen beds, and en suites!

This cozy townhome is perfect for your stay and ready for you and your crew!

Guest access

The home has two parking spaces that are labeled 6161. They are to the left of the home when you are facing it. Next to that there are several visitors spots if needed.

You will make your way up the staircase and then there will be a keypad lock so that you can access the home. The entire property is free for you to use!
