Just ONE Block from the beach, your family will be close to everything when you stay at the centrally-located Ocean Walk neighborhood! We are located steps from beach access and the facility has a HUGE pool! Right in the mix, you will never have to stress about parking, being walkable to the beach, groceries, restaurants, and more!This two bedroom unit is spacious at nearly 1300sqft! Plenty of space and beds for you, friends, family and pets so that you enjoy an amazing coastal retreat!

The space

The Ocean Walk community is a fun place to enjoy and experience Oak Island. While the condominium is in the mix, when you step into the space you get a great sense of peace and privacy! This space is huge at nearly 1300sqft!

Entering the unit you will have both the bedrooms on your right and left. The primary bedroom has a large KING bed, TV, and a private en suite with a walk-in shower. Its a great place to steal away from the group for a bit after a long day! The other bedroom is very spacious with enough room for a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk! This room also has an en suite that connects to the hallway. In addition, there is a roll away bed and pack-and-play on site so that you can mix and match the rooms as you need to fit a large group or more than one family!

As you work your way down the hall, you pass the full bathroom and the laundry that is in unit for your use. This takes you into the OPEN living space where you have the kitchen, peninsula with barstool, high top table, and living room. Its a great place for entertaining the family after a long day on the beach. The kitchen is fully loaded and the bar is a great place to serve up some meals or set up the buffet!

The living room is equipped with great sofas for your nap off the beach or your movie night with the family. The Smart TV has cable and all your streaming needs! While we don’t have a formal balcony, the slider in the living room can open up to bring that outdoors in!

On site at Ocean Walk Condominiums you not only are close to the beach, you have access to the pool, outdoor dining spaces, and Charcoal grills. Pool is set to open on April 15th through second week in November!! Use all the amenities you want or just walk on down to the grocery store and restaurants near by to get a feel for our charming beach town!!

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire home and the grounds of community! There are a few amenities like the pool and BBQ area that are open for anyone staying at the property!

After parking, there is an elevator to you and your gear up! Our unit has 2 dedicated parking spaces and there is additional parking off to the side of the units that is first come, first serve. The public beach walkway is right outside the unit so you can walk back and forth as you please!

Other things to note

Oak Island is an amazing little town with easy access to other parts of the coast. You will have a great time here with EASY access to the beach and plenty of other options to explore if you want to mix things up!
